Problem Statement: US Operations Setup

Headquartered in Pune, India, Sarvatra is a leader in Core Banking Solutions (CBS) to Co-Operative, Rural and Community Banks. Their expertise includes EFT Switching, ATM, POS, IMPS, ATM/ Debit Card Management, ASP Services.

Maeflower initiated the US operations setup discussion with Sarvatra in early 2013 and guided it on evaluating location options, introductions to Community Bank CIO’s at the largest Banking Trade event in the US Midwest, and choosing the right law firm to incorporate its business.

As a result of Maeflower’s activities, the company registered their North American HQ in Cincinnati Ohio in 2013, to address the ATM Card & Mobile Payments apps requirements of Community banks in the US. Operating costs, and support offered by the Cincinnati Chamber were key drivers in Sarvatra choosing Cincinnati. The company intends to run their business development, customer support and software integration activities from Cincinnati, and ramp up its North American business from this location.
