Suretank Ltd. is a world-leading manufacturer of CCUs (Cargo Carrying Units) and offshore tanks (OT’s) for the Offshore Oil and Gas (ONG) Industry. Suretank approached Maeflower to do an in depth market research and feasibility report to evaluate its market entry strategy and sought advice on the optimal route to market for their products in India.The desired outcome was a market map (S-T-P Segment, Target, and Position). Maeflower reached out to the entire value chain of the ONG industry and interviewed national and foreign Oil companies operating in the offshore drilling and production areas including ONGC, Cairn, Reliance, BP and BHP.
